Yolande “Yoli” Davis is a Deputy City Clerk for the City of Coral Gables. In this role, she reports directly to the City Clerk and works to ensure the guardianship of the city’s legislative records, contractual agreements, elections, and public records.

A member of the Miami-Dade County Municipal Clerks Association and Florida Association of City Clerks, Yoli obtained her Municipal Clerk Certification during her extensive career in government which began in 1996 with the City of Miami, and continued in 2006 with the City of Coral Gables where she received Employee of the Year in 2015.

She graduated from Barry University and Miami-Dade College, majoring in Human Resources Management with certificates in Not-for-Profit Management, Liberal Studies, and Elementary Teaching.
