Visit the Beautiful Historic Merrick House

Step back in time to the Roaring Twenties and visit the Coral Gables Merrick House, a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places. View 14 rooms on your docent-guided tour. Stroll the 1.3-acre grounds to see the historic grotto filled with 10 species of fish, the Heritage Garden, and the lily pond. The expansive wraparound porch is set amongst the flora creating a beautiful backdrop for photographs. Scroll down for more information on fees, rentals, and upcoming events. 

The Merrick House is currently recruiting people who would like to train as docents. For information on volunteering as a tour guide at the Merrick House, please contact the Docent Coordinator at merrickhouse@coralgables.com.

Guided Tours Most Weekends

• Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 1 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3 p.m.
  • No reservation necessary. Cash only. See below for tour ticket prices.
• For group tours, please give a two weeks' notice and email merrickhouse@coralgables.com

Please do not bring pets, food, open drinks or strollers into the house. Free parking is located behind the house, and public restrooms are available on-site.
